We needed to hide out over Easter. We didn't have a booking anywhere (we never do) so we were expecting to have to stop at a roadside camp for Easter. While we were in Coffin Bay we were told about a place called Farm Beach so we went to check it out (it wasn't really very nice) but on the way we came across a little place called Mount Dutton Bay - go have a look at www.duttonbay.com The caravan park part of this place has only been up and running for 2 weeks (when I say it's very rustic....I actually mean very basic), therefore we were very lucky to be able to secure 3 of th 12 sites. There is no power, and a shower will cost each person $5 per night (though we all have our own showers, so this wasn't an issue). It was cheap enough, and it was right next to the boat ramp (we put the boats in and Dave & I caught quite a few King George Whiting), and there was a great jetty where Dave managed to catch quite a few squid (We had a nice big cook up of salt & pepper squid). We stayed 8 days, and had a ball.
