Need an outsiders opinion. Jason's dad is a recovering alcoholic. For the last 4 years he hasnt touch the stuff. Apparently, he was a VERY bad and mean drunk. He even admits to how horrible and destructive he was. He is now living with us because they are seperating. This morning Jason found an empty bottle of Jack Daniels in the ABC bag in the bottom of the trash can (not hidden AT ALL just laying there, as if a cry for help). Jason wasn't POSITIVE it was his. Well, his dad normally only drinks water but for the last week he is buying coke (a chaser) and acting drunk. This evening I found a half empty bottle of Jack Daniels on his dresser (which he doesn't know I found).

I know Jason should confront him (it isn't my place) However, Jason is probably going to attack him and be mean. Give me some advice on a way to approach the subject. I mean we COULD set the bottles on the kitchen table so he has to come to us with it knowing we found out.... ANY IDEAS?
