You are in a First Aid class. The instructor has been making inappropriate gender-flavoured remarks, along the lines of 'lol, feeling up unconscious cpr recipients' and 'lol, ogling womens breasts while they practise cpr'.
He then tells an anecodote about a nurse to a 35 stone, bed ridden woman, asking about him how to best perform cpr in an emergency if she couldn't safely move her onto the floor.
His response; 'Well, wouldn't it be kinder to just let her go? 35 stone. Christ.'.
He was saying this straight; not as a joke or anything.
