At the Bucket
Vimes leads Carrot through the streets. They walk in silence, both keeping their thoughts to themselves. After several minutes, they reach the Bucket in Gleam Street. Vimes holds open the door and gestures Carrot inside. Luckily, the tavern's mostly empty. He nods to a few coppers, and heads towards the bar. "The usual," he says to Mr. Cheese as he takes a seat.
