So, after a long break, I decided to try to be a little more active and a little less fat.
So, I joined the new LA Fitness which is practically between my house and job. Timing for week 1 was bad - I got in 3 times.
The first was the day I joined, I pumped a little iron - and by little I mean almost next to none - man am I out of shape.
The second day that I made it in, I showed up for yoga over an hour early. Since I knew I couldn't leave and do something useful, I actually lifted again - which was a mistake, because then I went to yoga and was wiped out.
Wednesday I got up and swam - I timed it right and had a lane to myself. It was obvious it had been a long time, but I had to start somewhere.
Today, I met with an instructor that wiped me out in 15 minutes. So, I forced myself to join.
We will see how week 2 goes.
