[So she's drafted. Again. But Kazooie is totally going to make the best of it and train up to get ready this time!

... She doesn't exactly expect Eggman to be there in the middle of the night. And, while part of her welcomes the company - and the chance to hone her skills against her favourite villainous not-rival - she can't help but snark as per usual.]

[Eggman is distracted drinking a soda when Kazooie calls, and he's as surprised to see her as she is to see him.]

Ho ho ho! Very funny, Kazooie! [He's trying to be snarky back with her, but he's sort of visibly tired and can't be bothered so much right now. He's also secretly anxious about what's to come tomorrow.] But if you really can't keep your beak out, I'm tweaking my mecha for the battle tomorrow.

[A momentary look of anxiety flickers over her face as she says this.]

Not all of my creations are titanic, Kazooie! [Eggman raises one finger as he continues.] They can be big enough to crush an entire city, but when you're dealing with a quick foe you learn to build smaller, sleeker robots too! This mech is simple, but effective!

He's not paying attention to what's down there, though, and climbs towards the building's chimney, hoping to gain a foothold so he doesn't fall.]

[The roof is slippery though, and Eggman slips before he can catch hold of the chimney! Whoops!] Gaaaaah! [He flaps his arms like a mad chicken for a moment and then slides off the roof, landing flat on his face close by to Rin.] Oof!
