I believe a concern that should be top priority, though not crime related, is the securing and guarding of the inventory room. That and securing rations. The first places in danger during a shortage, are the places that store and hand out supplies.

I just... wanted to share my concern on it.

Thank you. Mostly I'm worried for the safety of those who run those services, as well as people hoarding and preventing others from getting what they need when they need it.

Do you happen to know who I could speak to about it? I'm afraid this is the first time I've heard of it.

The person in charge of the inventory room is a young lady named Moa, I have already spoken with her about it. All that would be needed is someone to keep an eye out and be ready just in case. She said she wouldn't mind. I think I may have made her worry though. The other place of concern would be the soup kitchen held in the cafeteeria of the high school. I beleive the man running it is named Gremio, but it has several staff.

Good, thank you. I'll check in with Miss Moa, in that case.

Right. That might be a good idea. We just have to be ready to stand down if the opposition gets too big - some people don't want us around at all.

Of course. Mostly I'm just concerned for the safety of the people involved with those things. As well as the young and sick suffering more because the stronger start hording.

Really, I'm just hoping for preventative measures, with luck it won't get to a worse case scenario.
