If you go east on Horton, you'll eventually get to Brebo avenue. Just keep going south on that - it's on the right, before the fire station.

If you walk down Horton toward the forest, eventually you'll get to Brebo Avenue. Take a right onto it and then keep walking until you get to the police station. It'll be on the right, right before the fire station.
