[There have been way too many punishments lately, and Megamind is thoroughly disgusted with the lot of you. Honestly, children, can't you keep your hands to yourselves?
Nevertheless, he has nothing else to say to the lot of you about it, and it's nothing to do with any of that because he thinks these punishments are brutal, tasteless, and lacking

She smiles at seeing him out on the ground, though, and heads in his direction. And is promptly distracted from why she was looking for him by the fact that he seems to be in search of something.]
Looking for something?

Oh, you know -- this and that.
[He perks when he sees her though, expression clearing a bit from the frown that had settled into place.]
Spare metals. Despite my...arrangement with the staff, one can never have enough...trinkets to play with.

[She sees that frown clearing, and she's not going to deny being pleased at that. Especially not when she's figuring it's going to clear a bit more, once she gets to the reason she'd been looking for him and gives him the cell she'd told him he could have.
Except then she's distracted when the full of what he said hits here.]

[He smirks.]
I like that!

Of course you do. Because you're brilliant, and you can recognize a good thing when you see it.

Oh, Miss Ryn, if you stroke my ego anymore I might just burst.

Yeah? Guess I better be starting in on the insults, then. Wouldn't want you to burst, I kind of like having you around.
