Wait, you were at the same show as me? XD;; Though, yesterday's show was my second viewing.
It really was amazing, wasn't it? I preordered the DVD before even buying any of the other goods. ^^;; I can't believe we have to wait until October for it, though. I want the soundtrack now. *has had Druitt's song stuck in her head since yesterday*
XD Yeah, I was there for the afternoon show yesterday. I might have seen you, I know I spotted a few other foreigners around ^^ Where were you sitting? I was up in the balcony, but I was pretty far forward and had a good seat. I wanted to go again for the evening show but alas, there wasn't enough of my paycheck left to try to get another ticket T_T
Haha, I know, I want the DVD and the soundtrack so bad. For me, it's the Shinigami song that I've got stuck in my head XD I hope they release an actual soundtrack CD this time, to the best of my knowledge they didn't release one last time >_
I went alone to yesterday's show, so if you saw any groups of foreigners (I know there was one group, at least), then it wasn't me. XD;; I was first floor, row S yesterday, but I was on the balcony (row C) on Sunday - you get a great view from the 2nd floor!
I'm pretty sure they'll release a CD for this one. The first one probably didn't get a CD because it wasn't technically a real musical. ^^;; I really kind of loved ALL of the songs! :D
I was by myself too - if you happened to spot a big white girl with big white sunglasses, that was probably me XD At first when I found out I'd gotten a 2nd floor seat, I was kind of disappointed, since I paid for an S ticket, but then when I got there the view was great, so it all worked out ^^ I was in row E, I think.
The songs for this myu were amazing! Like, I liked the songs from the first Kuromyu, but the ones from this myu were a step up, in my opinion. I'm kind of hoping that if they release a CD, they'll release it a week or two before the DVD so we won't have to wait so long >_< Right now I'm comforting myself by reminding myself that the Final Match Second CD will be out next Wednesday and I'll be able to listen to Masuda and Ryuuki again~
Even if I'd seen you, I probably wouldn't have said anything. I tend to avoid other foreigners at events. XDDD Yeah, I had the same concern, with paying for an S seat, but getting 2nd floor. Akasaka ACT Theater is really well laid out though, so it seems like no matter where you sit you have a good view.
They were! But it was to be expected, since this one was an actual "musical" as opposed to the first one's "play with music." Even so, I was slightly worried before seeing it. I think I spent most of my first show with my mouth hanging open at the awesomeness. XD;; Oh, I'd almost forgotten the FinalMatch2nd CD comes out next week. I've been waiting for it~
XD I know what you mean, I totally do that too. It would feel kind of weird talking to someone just because they also happen to be foreign. Plus we can't go reinforcing the stereotype that foreigners all know each other XDDD
I didn't know that about the first musical! That certainly explains why there were so few songs in that one XD I was so amazed by this myu too, I wish I could go see it again so I could try to pay attention to people besides Uehara Takuya XD
I've totally had other foreigners be like "Hey! :D" when they see me, even though I have no idea who they are. It's strange. ^^;;
I almost wonder if the first stageplay was a test, to see if people would be interested in a Kuroshitsuji production, and when it was pretty successful, they went ahead and did the full-scale musical, which was clearly much better put together. :D Ahaha, it was hard to NOT constantly watch Uehara, what with the way he attracted so much attention to himself. XDDD I wish I'd paid more attention to the song lyrics, instead of just listening to the great music (or in Uehara's case, being mesmerized by the "dancing").
I'm only seeing one DL7th show, the senshuuraku in Yokohama. It kinda sucks though, because I have to attempt to avoid any and all spoilers until the very last show. *hates spoilers* (>_<) How about you?
Haha, I always have trouble listening to Japanese lyrics the first time through unless I'm really on top of my game, at least when it comes to remembering them ^^; I know I understood most of the lyrics in this Kuromyu, but I can't really remember any of them now >_< I wish they'd do studio recordings of the songs ahead of time so you could just buy the CDs at the show
( ... )
I always get distracted when I'm listening to them, and then proceed to forget everything except the melody and a random line here or there. (>___<) But half the fun of seeing the myus in person is knowing that you are one of the few that get to hear the songs so long before everyone else does, even if it means waiting forever for the CDs/DVDs.
As a friend of mine put it, Uehara out-Grells Grell. XD He's so awesome in the role! But yeah, it is a shame he won't be in DL7th as well.
I really wanted to go to at least one more show, but it's such a bitch to get tickets for the weekend shows in Yokohama, and they're the only ones I can go to, due to work.
Ahahaha, you're going with your brother? That's kind of awesome. XDDD Make sure he wears a kira kira mitten! And maybe you can talk him into getting one of the t-shirts and wearing that. :D?
I think they could do it if they wanted to, but maybe it's just too special for that? A "you either have to be there in person or wait for the DVD" kind of thing?
XD That's true, like with Final Match Second I was so happy to get to go in December, I couldn't stand to wait until February for the Sendai shows (and then in the end I couldn't even get tickets to Sendai so I guess that worked out) or until the Senshuuraku live viewing. I'm so damn excited for the CD coming out on Wednesday though *_* As soon as I get out of work, I'm driving straight to Morioka animate! XD
( ... )
Heh, I had to wait until February to see the shows (though, I did see it 3 times in 2 days in Sendai ^^;;). XD;; Yeah, I'm doing the same thing on Wednesday - driving straight to Aomori-shi's Animate right after work. XDD
Since I used my 3 lotto entries (had two friends help out) to get my senshuuraku ticket, I had to try gen sales for the others, and was unsuccessful because the damn weekend shows sold out in less than one minute. (>_____<) I'd never won a Tenimyu ticket lottery before this, though, so I think all of my luck was just waiting until this "final" show
( ... )
(I had this as my default icon for so long, I've forgotten how silly it is. XD)
I entered the lotto for both the Tokyo shows and the Osaka shows, and the Sendai shows too actually, but failed for all of them. (>_______<) It was nice seeing it in Sendai though - my best Tenimyu memories have been in Sendai (I had a 1st row seat during the summer run, and a 3rd row seat in the winter, plus seeing the entire cast on their way from their hotel to the station~). :D God, Animate owns my soul (& half of my bank account, I swear
( ... )
I have some good Sendai myu memories too - I was there for the summer run, and my best friend, who was the one who introduced me to Tenimyu in the first place, came over from America to see it with me. It was so much fun, Tenimyu is definitely better with a friend than by yourself XD I really liked the theatre in Sendai for that run. We were pretty far back but we could still see really well, plus Kane-chan came right up to us during FGKS *_* I'm so jealous that you got to see them on the way to the station though, that sounds so awesome
( ... )
The summer run was at Izumi-Chuo, right? The theater with only one floor? I loved that theater! :D I do like seeing it with friends, too, if only because we can flail together immediately after. XD But I was so embarrassed - they walked right by me (I had to stand aside to let them and their suitcases by) and some of them gave me funny looks (I'm looking at you Halu and Kubota). I did get a lovely grin from Yamaoki though
( ... )
Yeah, Izumity 21, I think it was called. And it was right by the subway exit, that was nice. Melparque in Osaka was a little bit out of the way, I was kind of worried I wouldn't be able to find it o_o;; Hahaha, oh myu boys. Yamaoki is such a sweetheart.
oic! I will have to look into that, since EXILE Hanagumi tickets go on sale on Saturday.
I never do Tenimyu songs when I'm out with my friends, but sometimes I just go by myself to de-stress, and then I sing almost all Tenimyu songs XDDD
Yeah, I can see how the night bus would be more convenient for that. Taking time off of work adds up pretty quick, I'm kind of worried that I'm going to run out of leave time at some point >_< Usually I just wait for weekends or holidays for stuff, but if the tickets are sold out then there's not a whole lot I can do. The one time I went to JCB was in the middle of the week, and I took the day off to go down, spent the night in Tokyo, and came back the next morning. It was totally worth it to see the myu again (plus it was Onoda Ryunosuke's
( ... )
