Weeeeell, they're called something else. Pokémon, but I usually don't really care. Poekee is a much better term and easier to remember.

And um... [She shrugs] I guess they can battle. I mean, you kinda hafta battle to travel. But breeder can also breed poekees. They lay eggs, even the ones who look like they should give birth. They all lay eggs. It's weird.

I've been here for a couple of months. Lotsa people have been here longer than me though.

It's best to get to the next town, like, ASAP, though. There aren't any places to stay in New Bark and it's all winter out. You might also try finding someone to travel with so it's not as lonely or something. You can huddle up for body warmth!
