AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL BRING SHARPLY COLDER AIR TO THE AREA BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. RAIN WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN AND EVENTUALLY TO SLEET AND SNOW BY THURSDAY. A STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST U.S. ACROSS THE AREA LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WHICH WILL ENHANCE THE SNOWFALL ACROSS THE AREA. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 INCHES OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE IN PARTS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
