buggy bugs get it get why i giggled a little
I just need to clarify one thing: I do not watch a lot of anime. Or any really. I did more when I was a lot younger, but to me they were just considered cartoons. Which they are! But I just assumed the same people who made Bugs Bunny (heh) or Simpsons made Digimon. Obviously as I got older I noticed the differences in animations, the longevity in some of them... the more adult humour in some.
Anyway, I know of One Piece but never got into it as a kid. So I will not act like I'm an expert. I will not try and get into the fandom if I watch the live action but what I'm saying is their tumblr promotion is making me wanna watch their live action lol. And this is actually Agents of SHIELD's fault. Iykyk where I'm going with this.
"Who uses tumblr anymore?" Shut up, I do.
Now that that's out of the way...
So I use tumblr, no disputing that. It's part of my daily checkups because I still run that crackshipsanddreamcasts account, so I like checking the crackship tags to see what to reblog. There's still plenty of accounts that post in there and I like reblogging them!
Anyway, I reblog the usual stuff I see on my dash too that I like. As I'm scrolling I suddenly notice this fucker to the side.
I'm literally like ?!?!?! wait a minute when did THAT pop up?? And clicking him changes the background to like a newspaper background with headlines saying you're being watched, which of course only created MORE questions.
It's One Piece promotion. Now I know. But my friend on twitter also told me yesterday. So I curiously looked up the cast list and was like "oh haha Deke from SHIELD" and then a beat later when I was scrolling through my twitter and saw THAT pic again I was like OH MY GOD THE CLOWN IS DEKE.
THAT BITCH IS EVERYWHERE. 😂
And apparently people are saying he's good so thanks Agents of SHIELD. Just the gift that keeps on giving. Miss you boo.
