the longest day
Today felt like five days rolled into one. I had my one class from 9 to 10:30. Then I signed up for RA Interviews in Lerner [yes, I applied to be an RA for next year. We'll see how this goes...] and went grocery shopping at Morton. All before noon! I had lunch in my room and watched three episodes of "The Office" [new obsession... so good. I sit in my room and burst into uncontrolled laughter every few seconds. Considering the doors are really thin in Wien, I'm sure I scare a few passers-by.] I solved the crossword then took a two hour nap. I think the reason this day has seemed so long is because while I was napping, I was dreaming that I was awake. Not just like awake, flying, saving the world, inhabiting crazy worlds. I was living my normal life in Wien 1115, going to class. So my day feels ten times longer because of that realistic dream. Then I went to the library for eight hours and had dinner with the veggies in Metta House. Here I am, finishing up work, wondering when this day will end.
