Soba

I am gaga over soba noodles. For the past week I have been munching on this big old bowl of the things. I prepared them like so:

Soba Noodles chilled
2T Sesame Oil
1T Mongolian Fire Oil
1T Sashimi Grade Soy
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
3 Green Onions

So simple, and so damn good that I have found my favorite food. The kids will even eat it. I had to tell them that the Japanese eat a lot of these noodles, then they were all for it. Asiaphiles.
