un- Let's assume you met a rudimentary magician. Let us assume he can do five simple tricks- he can pull a rabbit out of a hat, he can make a coin disappear, he can turn the ace of spades into the joker card, and two others in similar vein. These are his only tricks and he can't learn any more; he can only do these five. However, it turns out he's doing these five tricks with real magic. It's not an illusion; he can actually conjure the bunny out of the ether and he can move the coin through space. He's legitimately magical, but extremely limited in scope and influence.
Would this person be more impressive than Albert Einstein?

deux- Your best friend is taking a nap on the floor of your living room. Suddenly, you are faced with a bizarre existential problem: This friend is going to die unless you can kick them (as hard as you can) in the rib cage. If you don't kick them while they slumber, they will never wake up. However, you can never explain this to your friend; if you later inform them that you did this to save their life, they will also die from that. So you have to kick a sleeping friend in the ribs, and you can't tell them why.
Since you cannot tell your friend the truth, what excuse will you fabricate to explain this (seemingly inexplicable) attack?

trois- At long last, someone invents "the dream VCR." This machine allows you to tape an entire evening's worht of your own dreams, which you can then watch at your leisure. However, the inventor of the dream VCR will only allow you to use this device if you agree to a strange caveat: When you watch your dreams, you must do so with your family and your closest friends in the same room. They get to watch your dreams along with you. And if you don't agree to this, you can't use the dream VCR.
Would you still do this?

puahaha i know who this is. (=

LOL, these questions. they made me smile and laugh with perplexity becuase quite frankly these are the best questions I have ever heard of.

1. Yes.. and no. While Albert Einstein did not conceive any magical powers, what use does a "magical being", whom is limited in scope and influence, have to our society? Without Einstein there are many questions about space and science that would still be left unanswered. If, persay, this magician were to be somewhat more intelligent than is said, and would be able to somehow explain how he performs each trick, then maybe he would be able to provide a better link to speed and time travel. However, he is not, and thus Einstein would still be more impressive to me.

Although, one can look at this question and say that this magician is more impressive- for without Einstein those questions would be left unanswered (as stated before) and leave more celestial mysteries for this world to solve. Mystery and believing in plain thought is more magical and fun than actual fact, wouldn't you agree?

2. Tell them that.. I tripped on a rug and accidentally shoved my foot in their ribs? ...yes, that's what happened.

3. No. Oh, I wish the "dream VCR" did exist, I guess, but not at the expense of sharing the experience with family and friends. I've had so many dreams; of love and hate, the impossible, dying, fanatical adventures, romance, perpetual horror.. and yes, to some extent, I would like to share them to those who are near and dear to me. But with dreams come secret thoughts and longings only you are aware of- unspoken of because we are selfish and keep moments like that to ourselves. Maybe we can only see our own dreams for a reason; to not be shared. To be locked away in our minds until we feel that the secret must be let out.
