[Filtered to Hans Arlens | 80% Locked| Text]Hans, have you heard from Credo at all? I've been hoping his signal was going to come up but that has yet to happen. We've got a bit of a problem and we're going to have to move faster to regroup to keep this city protected, as well as open up for new recruits. I see that we have three new recruits, ( Read more... )

I'm afraid I have not heard from him, and fear for the worse.... I have a current active list, and can request for detailed information on their skills and backgrounds. Any new names you have I would gladly add to the list.

Perhaps the list of children should also be made public, at least within the watch so we know who to keep an eye on when trouble arises.

I also suggest we call for a meeting as soon as possible.

Shit. That's what I've been fearing myself. I would appreciate it. I'm sure once we gather our information on our own recruits we should be able to move forward with planning the patrols better.

I couldn't agree more. The more assistance we have in keeping them safe the better. I just was told Denmark is preparing to build safe houses for those who are left defenseless.

We'll need someone on duty still. We can't have all of our officers in a room together and leave it defenseless.

That shouldn't be a problem, and I'm sure a schedule can be worked out soon.

In the case of an emergency? That's a good idea, I'm surprised he thought of it.

I don't see any harm in missing a day or a few hours. We are not a police force so as long as we keep an eye out on what's going on, I don't see an issue in holding one for an hour or so.

Good.

Surprised? I'm more surprised we haven't. If we aren't a police force, then we should have thought of it sooner.

Right. Well, old habits die hard but even in that hour something could happen. We should still at least be alert during the meeting. Let's call for it next week, say Wednesday?

There were other attempts at a police type force before they all ended quite badly. A lot of old projects seem to die out as people come and go as well. So perhaps there had been something before. But you're right, these things should have been done sooner than this.

Of course, there will be no drop in alertness. And next Wednesday sounds good.

While we cannot prosecute those who commit crimes, we still need a stead set of laws to follow and abide by. We're not a prefect society. Though, I do understand, people come a go so there isn't much else we can do but pick up and go on.

Good. We'll meet Wednesday afternoon, 16:00. Find a secure meeting place and tell members of the Watch only.

Thinking about it, there's an arms store on Marshall I wanted to inspect. I'll talk to my partner and we'll look into getting inside. I haven't heard much about it in general, and it couldn't hurt to take a look.

I'm not really sure what to do with that. It would have to be something discussed with everyone here.

The place will be the library, as I know it the best.

I hope it has something useful.

All right. We'll meet at the library then. Just be careful. As I said before, we have a problem.

I hope so too. I'll let you know if that's the case.

Could you define "problems" a bit more? There's usually a problem of one kind or another, so it would help to know what it is.

Alright.

There's a man who arrived not too long ago by the name of Albert Wesker. He's a terrorist where I come from, and a rather large threat. We'll need to keep an eye on him, but we can't let him know we're doing so. He's dangerous, especially if he manages to get his chip removed.

[ooc: I'm so sorry this is so late. I totally went on holiday and found I was lacking time too late.]

Ah, yes, I remember him. At least, I remember what was said of him, and a brief conversation I had. I will make note that he's returned and is of concern.

(OOC: No problem! Holidays are busy times after all.)
