I keep checking the streets to see if what she's been saying is true. There's no indication that a Tyrant has been through here but she swears... If Nemesis is here he's doing a damn good job of hiding.

What is going here? First that scream, and then mass hallucinations and various other effects. How the hell do we stop it?
