Okay first this is completly off topic but in "gang" terms what does it mean to have a tear drop tatooed under your eye?? or in any terms i guess. What does that mean

1) well this particular tattoo symbolizes the fact that they are oh so depressed that they do not have a chance at dating me. it's tough for them, but i can't have those associations.
2) i don't know. i can't say i'm a bush fan, but i don't think any president that we could have now would be that popular. i mean, no matter how they had responded to the terrorist thing, people would be mad. and i don't know enough about kerry yet to decide. i plan on doing some major studying up so i can make an informed decision.
3) i never thought about that with the elections, but it could be. i will see it eventually, but not in the theaters. it'll probably be deep and depressing and i don't know if i want two hours of that in a dark movie theater. but i don't really like all the media hype around it. like all these celebrities saying they like it and lelee sobieski saying all schoolchildren should have to see it. its like hey i can make my own decisions, i don't need celebrity endorsements. but i will see it eventually. but not because leonardo dicaprio said he supports it or because madonna (excuse me, esther now) said it maid her cry.
4) not sure. i do think the welfare system can be abused at times. but i think it's good in theory. just has to be more efficient. are you saying other people are getting taxed or the people on welfare are? either way i'm not a fan. if i want them to have my money, i'll donate time or food or whatever. they take enough of my money! i'm poor! i'm barely making enough for my car payments, insurance and phone, much less gas so i can actually drive the car i'm paying for! keep your greedy paws off my money! *takes a deep breath* but seriously, there are good ways to help those less fortunate, i don't know if more taxes is the answer.
regardless of the positions stated by bush or kerry, neither of them will be half the president i will be. so i think it's kinda irrelevant. don't worry, when my plans come to fruition and the world is mine, everything will be all better. sorry this is so long and stupid and pointless.
