OMG!!! Arrested Development got cancelled! CURSE YOU FOX. BAH. Anyway, for AD fans living in the U.S, the contact info for NBC (which is supposed to be the best option right now for picking up the show) is ( under the cut )
Yeah LJ is kinda nutty these day. *joins in the kicking*
I know I really should! But yeah the procrastination thing again... :P Heck I can't even finish the books I already own, let alone attempt to tackle the whole HP series. Which one would you say is the best one though? My sis wants to buy one and I might read it if she does decide on buying it. You're probably the best person to ask because you're not involved in the whole manic shipping debate. ;)
*looks at your icon* Are you a Cuddy/House shipper? Nooooooooooooooo.
Heh yeah I am. In case it makes you feel better, I just watched the ep where Cameron tells the guys that she likes House and I'm starting to ship H/C a little now. My problem with that ship is probably because I don't like Cameron all that much... don't hit me! :P She's just not spunky enough for my taste... if she was, I'd probably ship them more or something.
Well it's ok now, but 12 years old? NONONONONO!
Yep, that's pretty much disturbing. It's like when I was watching GOF and Rita was all, "Ooh isn't this cozy?", I almost threw up because dude, she's so much older than him. Gross.
It's so hard, because the favourites vary wildly among HP fans. Personally I liked in order: HBP, GoF, PoA, OotP, CoS, PS. Hopefully you know the titles, but you can look it up on Amazon if you don't. ;) But I'll have to say that a lot of people favour PoA the most because it is a very good mystery. Of course you already know the outcome so it won't be as nailbiting or shocking for you at the end.

Heh, that's alright. She never bothered me (but I didn't like her either until I started shipping her with House), but I know a large chunk of fans don't like her because they don't want House involved with her. Of course now that Stacy's come back, some of the hate has moved onto her. :P
It's a real pity you didn't read the books spoiler free, because a lot of the twists and turns left me totally shocked (especially the end of HBP. I just about had a fucking heart attack!). When I was 17 I started reading the books because my mother used to babysit two kids (they were about 9 and 11 at the time I think) and they lent me the books after I'd seen the first movie on DVD when they brought it over. I remember the first thing I asked them after I'd finished the first one was if Snape was in the next ones. Hee. I love Snape. But I read the first 4 books in 4 days in a row, so I don't see why you couldn't read them all.
I wonder if you'll change your shipping preference once you've read the books? IMO the books are much more R/Hr than the movies can be. Plus it won't be the chemistry of the actors that you pick up on, but the characterizations instead. Harry and Hermione to me have just a really strong friendship, and I've never seen any romantic stuff between them (IMO) in the books.
Wow you liked HBP the most? That’s very interesting to me because from what I’ve heard anyway, everyone seemed to hate both that and OoTP. Thanks for all the suggestions *gives you cookie, hugs and Sark (but only for a day ;) )*… for now, I have to attempt to finish at least ONE book first before I consider buying the rest. :P
Yeah I think the only time I remotely like Cameron is when she's in the same scene as House (just watched this ep when he had to fire them and she got all bitchy for once, which is nice).
Wow you read so many books in FOUR DAYS?! Dude, I don't think I could ever do that. I told my sister and even though she's a fast reader, she was shocked to hear how fast you read it. It took her five days to read GOF.
I don't know if I'll ship differently... but knowing me, I really doubt it. I'm the sort of person who doesn't shift from one ship to another that easily, until that ship becomes intolerable or another ship is more attractive to me for some concrete reason. But who knows? I might. ;) Or being the shipper freak I am, I might end up shipping both.
