very cool. :) I like that there have been a fair number of posts made addressing the multitude of problems with her stupid self-serving letter.

And I wanted to let you know, when I said it was "harsh" on my FB it's only because a lot of my mom-friends had posted the original article, or posted only really nicey-nice rebuttals instead of "fuck your rape culture, lady" which was my initial reaction. So your piece was awesome (obviously!) but when I shared it I wanted to... idk, acknowledge it was blunt and to the point but also right. lol. idk.

I just read the Hall's letter. It reminds me of the mother of this guy I went to school with.

He told me one time when he was 14, his mom took him and his older brother to McDonald's when a bus full of cheerleaders came. To shield the virgin eyes of her boys, she made them leave and eat in the car.
