His lab work is normal so that means I know more what he doesn't have than what he does have. It's a starting point.
He doessn't have diabetes, kidney or liver failure. I am suspicious of a leukemia or a cancer. When there are no obvious signs in the labwork on onhis exam then we have to look a organs that are less visible like the lungs and intestines. This would mean a chest xray and probably an ultrasound of his belly.
