Well I had a tough time on the (side) job today, but I still managed to pull down about $200 in an afternoon, so I guess today has to be counted as a success no matter what.
I have been in a little better mood today with respect to that friend that I upset the other day. She can be so sweet sometimes when I least expect it.
I bought 2 bags of chips on the way home and one can of Cheddar (my favorite flavor)
Lay's Stax. I haven't tried the other flavors, but I can vouch for cheddar. They're yummy. It's cool because I've been wanting some junk-food of the salty snack variety for a while.
Well anyway, on my way up to the job I did today I rode the 28 bus. On my way I noticed a really cute girl with red hair reading a Cosmo, sitting across from me with her (presumable) boyfriend. Normally this wouldn't merit an LJ mention but it was amazing that the same girl (and boyfriend) was on the train I took home--from the total opposite side of town than the bus had been heading. I asked them, to confirm that I wasn't losing my mind. They were really nice people. He was an IS major at SDSU. I didn't know of any schools in CA besides this one, that had an IS major. I'd consider it since it's in southern CA. It's enough of a change of scenery for me. Unfortunately he said it's even more overcrowded than SFSU (well duh, who wouldn't prefer San Diego to here?) I took the train back because after I got done, a guy who works for my client gave me a ride to Church & Market--in his Porsche Boxster. That was cool. I'd never been in a Porsche before. Yeah. Nice car.
Maybe I should go to bed "early" (i.e. now.) Okay, I'll eat, then I'll shower. It still won't be too late, and I'll go to bed.
Oh. Hooray for Professor Zahedani. I got a B on my Econ test. The only curves more beautiful than those on women are those on tests. Also in that class, I really love the stories he tells all the time. Some people don't like teachers who tell stories, but I sure do. It makes the teacher seem more like a human. And his are always so funny or interesting.
Well that's it. I might just get back in the habit of posting again. As for reading my friends' page, I know. I should probably remove most people from my friends' list instead of keeping them there pretending that I read my friends' page. I mean, I do go to some people's LJ's. I'm just saying I never read my friends' page. Too many people. It would take three pages at least to read all my friends' entries, and that's every day. I love you guys--that's why I added you! It's just that there's not enough time in the day. Sorry! :-/
