"I'm Mrs. Norman Main!"

Well, this left me a little underwhelmed.

The movie's original release date was set for 2017, and it's usually not a good sign when an opening date is postponed for an entire year. There's also the film's troubled production history, with both original director (Clint Eastwood) and star (Beyoncé) having moved on. But it's been a surprising development that I've only seen relatively positive news about this third remake of A Star Is Born. It's obvious from the trailer that this version hews closely - shudder! - to the Barbra Streisand remake, but I'm willing to give this one the benefit of the doubt.

And besides, I'd pay to see a bearded Bradley Cooper read a phone book for two hours.

Now for Another Hot Caturday Guy.
