I've finished analyzing Kevin.
... Essentially, he's been transformed by an elemental energy that he attempted to absorb; most likely from this Terra girl. In other words, similar to what happened when he tried to absorb energy from the Omnitrix.
I think the only way to solve this would be to find a way to siphon it out, but... that's going to be tricky. I'm dealing with forces I don't really understand here.
