It`s been so warm lately, hasn`t it? Milotic and Delibird are spending more and more time inside their Pokeballs because they`re not as comfortable as usual. I suppose it`s fine, since the other option is Delibird turning the whole backyard into an ice skating rink. They didn`t seem quite this sensitive to the weather last year, but maybe I just didn`t notice back then.
Ah, it`s been over a year that we`ve been here. I hadn`t done much thinking about it, but I really can start thinking in year terms instead of weeks or months. I`m not holding out hope of going back to Tokyo or anything of the sort, but it`s amazing. It`s been well over a year by now.
Other than Delibird and Milotic, the rest of the Pokemon are having fun in the nice weather. The Center`s been slow lately, but I`d like to think that it`s because trainers are taking more time to raise their Pokemon by themselves. There`s been a lot of kids running around the route lately, so maybe there`s a season for setting out on badge quests. It seems like that should be the case, otherwise there`d be little kids trying to make it on their own in the winter.
I`m just glad my Pokemon are happy with the life we`ve made. I really don`t think I could travel around like a proper trainer.
