I'm sorry, Ianto - I'm sure we'll find our way back to our proper times soon enough. Though, I wonder, will our past selves who belong in this time, remember having been to ours?

I do hope a paradox isn't imminent.

Well, look at it this way. Time is constantly in motion, ever changing - otherwise the Doctor wouldn't be so cryptic at times. Therefore it's highly likely that any small change in our pasts, would cause larger change in the future, using the butterfly effect. Clearly, if that is the case, it is more than reasonable to believe that whatever is happening now, or at least that has happened up to now, is not significant enough of a change in order to alter any past selfs future, otherwise we wouldn't be who and as we are.
