Oh my god!!! Made the lemon & blueberry pudding tonight. It's sooooooo nice. Pure stodge, but with sharp lemon taste to keep ya on your toes. Yum :)

Here's the recipe:

You need:
4oz butter, 5oz sugar, 2 lemons (rind & juice), 4 eggs, 2oz flour (plain), 125g blueberries (=normal pack of), 500 ml of milk.

1. Whisk butter & sugar. Whisk in lemon rind & juice. Whisk in egg yolks - one at a time.
2. Add flour. Stir. Add milk and blueberries. Stir.
3. Whisk egg whites.
4. Fold egg whites in.
5. Tip in dish. Bake at 180 for 40-45 min.

I took a pic. Except it looks more like scrambled eggs gone wrong. So, you'll have to trust me that it is delicious... :) :)
