First Day of Classes?
So today is the first day of classes, or at least it is supposed to be. 2 of the 4 classes I'm taking are lab sessions which won't start until at least next week, so I really had only 1 class that was supposed to meet today. However, I neglected to read the e-mail that the professor sent out a few days ago with enough detail to realize that the first class meeting isn't until thursday. I don't feel so bad because 2 other students showed up for class wondering what the deal was. I left after 10 minutes with the feeling that the professor had canceled the first class because it's the kind of thing she would do.
So after day 1, I still haven't actually had a class yet. Tomorrow should have one class and is actually the class I'm looking forward to taking, CSC257 - Computer Networks.
Being back at school has been lots of fun. I've pretty much gotten situated in my room and I'm rather happy with my setup. The room is a little smaller than I was thinking it was, but it will do. The noise has been tolerable and based on last night I think I won't have any problems throughout the year.
