Last week was a very busy week. Lots of work, but it all got done and it makes me proud. This week should be relatively lighter, yet I'll have to do a 252 project and write a 5-7 page paper over next weekend. I feel like I should start on the project now so that it doesn't kill me. The year's almost over and I can definitely feel the burn out. My classes are on their last few meetings and all of my motivation is gone.

DU amuses me sometimes, especially my interesting run-in with the justices. They basically realized that there was no grounds for what I was brought to them for and let me go free.

I can't wait for the summer, I'll be working at NGC again, but this time under the Mission Systems department. They seemed very pleased with my resume which is always great and were very eager to get me to work for them. The guy who I believe will be my boss seems very laid back and pretty easy going, which is great because I don't think I'd work well under a very strict boss. I will very likely be doing lots of coding over the summer for my job in either C++ or Java which should be awesome. I will also very likely be kept busy unlike in past years. This is both a good thing and a bad thing. It means that work will be interesting, but that I won't be as well informed on all of the wonderful things of the internet. There's always the time after work to do that.

Summer Plans:
Install *nix in some flavor on the pizza box
Play around with that and learn to love all that is not Windows
Read through the CS 252 book and continue to love computer systems
Try to pick up Lisp, Python, Perl or possibly all three.
Read the Hitchhiker's Guide series (and reread the first one)
Watch the Hitchhiker's movie if I haven't by that point
Watch Star Wars Episode 3
Play through as many of the video games that I got for Xmas as possible
If I finish those video games then possibly pick up a few more to work off
Find something interesting to do for my birthday (which is a little more than a month away, whoa)

Life is going pretty well overall. Haven't been sleeping well, stomach has been hating campus food (these two could be linked). Looking forward to next year, will have a really awesome suite and will have loads of fun with them. Definitely something to look forward to for when I come back to school.

Hmmm, and the last thing: how exactly do you go about telling someone that you like them? blahness. But yeah, I want to hear good answers for this one.
