mission accomplished. austin to eugene oregon in 2 days. we weren't speeding, i promise. oregon was cool and wet, a very nice alternative to dry and hot as fucking hell. the coast was very beautiful but very cold. the bud was great. and free. then we decided on a whim to head down to california. to los gatos we went, where dylans dad was waiting, joint in hand. in case you didn't know, los gatos is a ridiculously rich suberb of san jose. it was kinda cool when you saw mercedes, beamer, beamer, mercedes, ferrari, lexus, range rover, mercedes etc. etc. and its not just 325i's or anything like that, its like 745, 540, 525i, m3. anyway they have lots of money and it shows. checking out the rolls royce and bentley dealerships was pretty badass too. santa cruz was fun but once again a bit too cold. i wish we had swam more. san francisco was cool, but too foggy. exploring haight street with the endless head shops was alot of fun as well. not to mention the really cool san jose folks that we got to hang out with. after all that good stuff we decided to end the trip by driving down to LA to see our good friend alejandro. this portion of the trip was spent entirely smoking lots of really good weed and having intense intellectual conversations. plus a little super mario world here and there. oh yeah and i got some medical marijauna! how badass is that. it's called 'purple cream' and its like half purple have green. its fucking intense. finished out the trip with a 23 hour haul from la to austin. fitting end to a crazy journey. anyway the trip couldn't have turned out better. i am so ready to finish out the summer and move on with my life.
