OOC: Like a meme, but different...
Okay. As anyone who reads my LJ/follows me on Twitter knows ad nauseum, I have been, well, not very perky here lately. I don't know if it's work stress or out-of-season seasonal depression, but it's a problem.
So to combat the anxiety and paranoia, I am offering my characters up for Rift plot. Any plot with any character. Cracky or breaky.
There are only two catches:
(1. It must be a really simple plot that requires little to no set-up and won't get insanely complicated, while still being detailed enough to work with. "Des and Martha go the court house and get attacked by horrible hellbeasts" is a good. "Des and Martha go out and get attacked by a monster" is less so. There's nothing WRONG with the second, but then I get bogged down trying to think of the how's and why's and stuff... And... I dunno.
(2. It has to be able to start OMG NOW... Or, at least, soonish. Basically, it's less "So sometime in the future, these two characters should do this thing..." I have a lot of those on my plate too and it defeats the point of this meme. XD
Basically, I'm looking for stuff more like the thread with Des, Luke, and the Gyrados and less like Silent Hall. I don't have a lot of free time and I have LOTS of big plots coming up in the... Future, but I still want to do some mini-plots for the hell of it. And, you know, mini-plots are fun and necessary.
Also, you get bonus points forever if you ask for any of my minor characters. Stuff for them to do is LOVE. <3 But you can ask for any of my Rift!kids. I'm desperate.
