Woman Missing From Mental Health Facility
RANCHO CORDOVA: Rancho Cordova Police are looking for Tessa Schafer, an at-risk adult who walked away from the Sacramento County Mental Health Facility Friday afternoon.
Police say that she was in the process of being evaluated by the facility staff at the time she was discovered missing.
Tessa is a 19-year-old white female, 5’ 6” tall, 100 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair. When she left the facility she was only wearing black pants and a sweatshirt. Tessa did not have any money with her when she left.
According to her father, Tessa is being treated for mental health issues and has medication that she needs to take.
