Christ-mas

I don't have much to say this time, but I do want to say that there is a certain expectation I have for Christmas and this year it wasn't met. My parents told me that I couldn't go see my friends today so we could spend family time together. I sat in my room all day doing nothing. I didn't mind so much. I just wish that if we were going to do something as a family, we would do something as a family. But then I would also wish that Christmas wasn't the only time we would do something as a family. That's not my responsibility to coordinate. But I hope that all of my friends have a great Christmas and remember that Santa is one scary guy. I want my friends to know that I am hoping for your Merry Christmas's and your Happy Holidays, and most of all, your safety for those of you who are traveling. May God bless you all this season with happiness and safety. And for those of you who still remember Christmas is about Jesus Christ, you should go read the story of His birth. It has such a greater power when you read it on his birthday. Shalom.
