"And you can't believe he's really gone when all thats left is a fucking song..."

I think it's finally sinking in...that I saw Bright Eyes, on Thursday? was it that long ago...and I saw Conor and I heard Conor and I experienced Conor...and he was fucking amazing and that whole night was amazing...Tilly and the Wall, whoa...one of my new favorite bands!...and Coco Rosie, pretty insane...I think in a good way...and then Conor, Conor, Conor...he played: Method Acting, Bowl of Oranges, The Calender Hung Itself, I Must Belong Somewhere, Carrot/Diamond, Road To Joy, Poison Oak, Lua, When the President talks to God, Train Under Water, We Are Nowhere and It's Now, and Another Travelin' Song...and I was the one who requested Poison Oak in the barely audible voice and he played it for me...and I nearly died while he was playing Landlocked Blues and Lua (thanks Matt lol)...and I nearly died when I thought the show was over after Landlocked Blues, but thankfully he came back on...but then it was time for him to do a last song and I had to goooo...and I had to leave him and I had to go catch a train and go home and go watch the OC with Elissa and then go to sleep and then wake up and then missss him...and I won't be able to see him again until, April? yes, hopefully...because right now that is the only glimpse of pure happiness in my future right now.

So, now I'm off to go to npr.org and listen to a live show that he's doing in Washington =)

One of my new favorite lines from 'Landlocked Blues':

But greed is a bottomless pit
And our freedom's a joke
We're just taking a piss
And the whole world must watch the sad comic display
If you're still free start running away
Cause we're coming for ya!

Edit//Conor also played 'Loose Leaves' which I almost forgot about until I heard him play it at the DC show and then remembered, woo great song!
