Her hands shook just slightly as she put the kettle under the tap, filling it with water. It had been quite some time since she'd been an aural witness to anything that fierce, and it just happened to be the same two individuals that last time as well. This time seemed more resigned and less passionate, though the few words she'd overheard between them were full of the same hurt and intensity. Cho hadn't intended to hear anything, let alone what she'd heard, so she had briskly walked to the kitchen in a hurry so as to avoid hearing anything else.

Her heart hurt for Ron and Hermione, so much so that she had to bite her lip to refrain from going back up the stairs and interfering. They loved each other, so very much, you could tell. Moving from the sink to the stove, she set the water to boil as her mind wandered over the exchanges between them she had witnessed since her time in the Order. There was such deep feelings between them, much like what Cho had rediscovered with Michael, and she couldn't understand why that didn't translate into being together, no matter what.

Pulling a pot from the cupboard and a tin of tea down as well, she shook the leaves into a mesh metal ball and closed it, dropping it into the teapot. Setting it down on the table, she waited for the water to boil as she debated whether or not to enlist Michael in some matchmaking. Sighing, she decided against it, at least for the time being. Hermione and Ron were nowhere near making up, nor was it really any of her business in the least. Cho remembered little of either of them from Hogwart's, despite spending a considerable amount of time with them in the DA and while hanging about with Harry. Though she remembered, even then, Hermione and Ron had a stubborn vein of passion that threaded through their every encounter. It was no wonder things between them now were still chock full of angst and love.

The kettle whistled and Cho stood, retrieving it from the stove to pour into the teapot. If Ron were a werewolf, as she and Michael had heard from Luna just before Cho had come downstairs, then he would be needing a Wolfsbane potion. Cho had regained her mastery of potions in recent months, and as such had discovered more confidence in relearning her magic. She'd been improving in leaps and bounds, and while she probably wasn't back up to Auror status as she'd been before the final battle, she was most definitely more than capable as a graduate of Hogwart's. She wondered if Terry and Hermione would be interested in brewing some. She knew she would be more than competent help, especially since Terry would be quite otherwise occupied in a few short weeks. Carrying a tray with cups and the pot of tea back up the stairs to her and Michael's room, she nodded her head sagely and decided the next day that she'd ask Terry just that.
