-Mainstream radio stations across the country all play pretty much the same music.
-It used to be that when you drove across the country, the music you heard on the
radio would depend on the region through which you were traveling.
-We can now visit the Myspace profile of a new, good band we've discovered, and

Your thoughts?
I have a final in about eight hours that I'm not too worried about.
I have a final on Tuesday about which I am worried. I've got to know terms like
"lamellaphone," "Pumwani," and "Union Defense Force." And "Boma Boys."
And I've got to know which parts of Africa were controlled by which European
colonial powers, and which of the continent's ports were important in World War II.
I had good intentions of studying for this exam over the last three days.
Is anyone Myspace friends with the Slavic men who fish off the pier at Coney
Island on Thursday nights?
