(no subject)
so here are some things that are happening:
+ part of a team planning to go to lebanon on mission in december for a few weeks. we need more people to join the team before it can go ahead, but otherwise i am very excited. like unbelievably excited about this. i've been tossing up different missions and praying for awhile now. then i decided on lebanon! and then i was told it cost 8 grand. so i panicked. but i found out sunday it should be about 4 grand which is still expensive for the length of the trip, but still very exciting. hooray! my beautiful kate is also on team, which is great and amazing. i also am excited for spending time with milard and his family! i am going to spend a lot of time in the next nine months eating lebanese food. also, getting max to teach me some language!
+ NEED to get my licence. RIDICULOUS.
+ NEED to get a job. also RIDICULOUS.
+ NEED to exercise more and eat better. ARGH.
+ my parents leave on Saturday for two weeks in cairns.
+ going on KYCK as a leader in April, which should be amazing! so many kids. i need to pay for it, and i'm running low on funds but hopefully that government money will kick in soon. but i am excited about some quality kiama time. i will miss rochelle's engagement party, but that's okay.
+ made a ridiculous video based on the muscles song 'icecream' as a joke with some friends, and now a sequel is already in the works. except this time, it's a video clip for an original song. ha. get excited!
+ my boss is sending me and the assistant manager to dinner tomorrow night. spoiled rotten!
+ supposed to be paintballing on saturday, but i really can't afford it. argh.
+ ruined my ankle at netball. it's been swollen since last wednesday. another trip to the doctor! about lots of things, actually. i never seem to be able to pull it together, health-wise.
+ supposed to be organising a holiday to kiama that won't happen, and also a trip to mt hotham during snow season that probably won't happen. i love to organise, but i suck at organising trips.
+ my dad is buying me le specs! crazy.
+ i am running out of news. if you would like to hit me up with a job offer, prayer points, or general news, then yes. please do that. OH i got a postcard from sharne today! amazing. i am going to write her tomorrow.
