[Getting his voice mail of all things only proved to be even more worrisome for her. Biting her bottom lip and chewing it on it a bit, she knew the first place she had to check. No, it would be okay if Yuri went home. It’s for the better, right? She won’t get lonely if both him and Rita are gone. She still has Flynn and the friends she’s made here. Well, it would be best to check there first, right? At least if she does then she will have a bit of finality instead of jumping to a conclusion without any evidence to back it up. While she walked quickly there, it felt like forever before she reached the hall, but as much as she looked around, she couldn’t find his picture. Rita’s was there, but not his. So that is confirmation right there that he was still in the City. Just what exactly happened? Why did he send her that note?
Remembering that message, he mentioned a ‘trade’ and that it would last ‘a few months at most’. Just what did that mean? Considering he said that he would be back before she knew it, her first assumption was that he left. Was he perhaps going on another exploration? No, usually one wouldn’t send a message that sounded so grim and have mentions regarding hitting and yelling, not that she would ever do anything of the sort to anyone.
So the next step would be to look for him, right? At least she wanted confirmation that he is safe. Though first she would go back to the beach house and at least figure out where to look rather than looking around aimlessly. While returning back, perhaps a bit of curiosity took her off course, though she would thank that simple bit of curiosity and her occasional inability to keep on task in just a few minutes. Maybe it was her interest in ruins that caused her to go towards the rubble she caught out of the corner of her eye, which eventually helped her to spot Yuri.]
