Presenting "Hush"...
I've started a new blog-type thing, only it's more like an ongoing series, and it needs readers. This is another project in "Operation: Spread the Fun," so tell your friends about this one.
Here it is...
The blog is called "Hush." It takes place in the year 2177 and is told by a Brooklyn detective named Craig Daniels. Daniels is your average pulp detective, haunted by a mysterious past, and caught in a terrible web of... well, I won't spoil it. My first post, titled "Serpents and Chainz" lays the groundwork of what's to come. Read this livejournal to get news and behind-the-keyboard stuff as well as updates as they come.
Meanwhile, let me direct you to http://www.geocities.com/monmouth1685. It should get you started. Look for updates often, as I'm intending on expanding heavily on the story as it progresses.
My inspirations for this blog come directly from the pages of "Analog" magazine, which contains the best science fiction stories of today.
