A/N: This is for my hommie music_loner. lol

Hyukjae waited patiently outside the leader’s door. He could hear loud screaming from inside and hoped he wouldn’t get the same treatment. He nervously rubbed his hands together as he heard a loud bang, and then silence. A few moments later the door opened and Kibum stepped out, he glanced over at Hyukjae the way a man who is on death row does on his way to get executed.

“It’s your turn, buddy.” Kibum forced a smile placing a small supportive pat on the older man’s shoulder.

“Thanks.” Hyukjae choked out, before shakily standing. He ran his hands slowly over his shirt straightening in it. He knew as gangster he shouldn’t quiver in fear like he was now but he couldn’t help it.

Hyukjae took a deep breath before tiptoeing into the boss’s office. He was afraid if he made too much noise the boss would just snap and unleash his rage. He was caught off guard by the frustrated face the boss had, his hands ran madly through his hair while he bit his bottom lip, this was not a face of an angry man.

“B-Boss?” Hyukjae croaked out, staring at his own fiddling thumbs.

“Oh, Hyukjae.” The boss tried to smile but it was failure. He motioned for Hyukjae to sit in the chair across from his desk, which Hyukjae did quickly.

“I know I should be angry with you but it appears a moment has arrived so you can fix your wrongs.” The boss explained calmly looking up from his desk.

“Whatever it is, I’ll do it!” Hyukjae spoke quickly hoping to please the younger man who was his boss.

“That’s damn right you’ll do it!” The boss exclaimed before calming back down, “I’m having Kibum infiltrate Heechul’s gang, he is going to go as a new recruit. He’ll use his special talents with computer hacking to make his way to the top. I’m having fake files made for him to hack into so it appears he is getting information for Heechul’s gang.”

“That’s very smart boss,” Hyukjae complimented. “Then we’ll be able to find out who the snitch around here is and squash them!”

“And I’m assigning you to Hankyung’s gang.”

“Wh-what?! You can’t be serious Siwon! You know how bad I am at lying!”

“Well get better, and only people who succeed can call me by my first name.” Siwon replied coldly.

“Ouch.” Hyukjae muttered under his breath. “B-but I’m too old to be a recruit get Wookie to do it!”

“You wouldn’t be a recruit.” Siwon answered calmly opening a drawer and pulling out a tan folder before tossing it across the table to Hyukjae. “You would be training the recruits.”

“Huh?’ Hyukjae raised an eyebrow opening the folder.

“Every year they contact a member who has been inactive for a few years and have them come in and train the recruits using the knowledge they learned back in the day. I know it sounds stupid why have someone who hasn’t fought in five years teach? Well that’s so the active members can be used to their full potential without having to teach people that are viewed as “beneath” them.” Siwon explained making Hyukjae’s mouth form an ‘O’ shape.

“But aren’t I a little young to be an inactive member.” Hyukjae questioned.

“Normally yes, but this guy was a special case. This guy joined when he was like thirteen years old of course at that age he didn’t have much action but he proved to be a valuable asset. He was quick on his feet, a good little fighter. Well by the time he turned 17 he had made some serious enemies and one night they murdered his family. After that he just dropped out of the game, no revenge plan or anything. Just a few months ago a couple of my guys found his body he had committed suicide but we kept it very hush hush in case a moment such as this should arrive.”

“So the guy’s name in Eunhyuk, he’s about 4 inches taller than me and has dark hair, nope I can’t be him!” Hyukjae pushed the folder back to Siwon.

“You can put new insoles in your shoes to make you taller and a little hair dye never hurt anyone.” Siwon slid the folder back towards the older man.

“But Siwon, I just got used to this copperyish blond color I dyed my hair!” Hyukjae whined.

“Lee Hyukjae you are pushing your luck. Do this or I’ll make you Sungmin’s personal body guard!” Siwon threatened through gritted teeth.

“You wouldn’t!” Hyukjae gasped in horror. Sungmin was a walking nightmare, the past 7 body guards he had were shot in the chest, only one survived. And the whole reason behind everything is Sungmin lacks common sense and goes where people specifically tell him its dangerous.

“Oh I would, and I will if you don’t take this offer.”

“Fine.” Hyukjae pouted as he finally submitted.

**************************Five Days later***************************

Hyukjae shifted his feet slightly, blowing on his hands to warm them. He glanced around the filthy alleyway hearing the scurrying of rats in trash cans. He frowned slightly in disgust rubbing his hands together again before turning back to the door he began to hear loud clicks from the other side of the door unlocking. He took in a deep breath hoping the cool air would calm his pounding heart.

“Eunhyuk!” Hankyung’s gang member Shindong screamed happily throwing his arms around Hyukjae. “It’s been so long I missed you little buddy.” Hyukjae heard small cracks come from his own body as the hug tightened into a death hold.

“C-Can’t breathe!” Hyukjae impatiently tapped Shindong’s shoulder. As he was released from the hug Hyukjae remembered he had to appear friendly after all Shindong had been ‘Eunhyuk’s’ best friend before he got out of the gang.

“I see you haven’t gotten any skinnier.” Hyukjae joked poking Shindong in the stomach. He hoped the movement hadn’t come out as awkward as he felt it had.

“I see you haven’t gotten any taller.” Shindong let his hand ghost over Hyukjae’s head.

“Oooh ouch. Low blow, low blow.” Hyukjae shook his head smiling.

“Hahah low is right!” Shindong pointed, holding his stomach as he laughed.

“Hey!” Hyukjae pouted, he truly didn’t like jokes about his height and apparently neither did Eunhyuk.

“Come on!” Shindong ignored the pout and threw his arm around Hyukjae’s shoulders pulling him into the brick building and out of the stinky alley. Hyukjae felt his skin crawl he wasn’t sure he liked being so close to an enemy.

Once inside Hyukjae froze staring around, the inside of the building looked fancy and clean compared to its gross exterior. Many young people moved frantically around the room while older men sat in chairs, collectively, as if awaiting some direction.

“It’s changed a lot since you were last here huh?” Shindong glanced around the building, “You have to admit though, those rats gave us great target practice.”

Hyukjae couldn’t stop the smile spreading on his face, he found it odd how quickly Shindong had accepted him, considering it had been 5 years since ‘Eunhyuk’ had spoken to anyone in the gang. Hyukjae was beginning to feel like he had known Shindong all his life by the way the other treated him, openly telling him all that had happened in the past five years and teasing him.

“We were worried you weren’t going to show up.” Shindong’s voice grew serious as they entered an empty hallway. “H….how have you been?”

Hyukjae glanced over and was surprised by the caring look the other man gave him. “I’m fine.” Hyukjae managed out, trying to remain in character.

“That’s good.” The silence between them was heavy until Shindong stopped in second from last door in the hallway. “This is it.” Shindong pushed open the heavy door leading Hyukjae inside.

Hyukjae glanced around the room he was surprised when he noticed it was a room someone was staying in with a dresser, mirror, desk, and bed.

“Hello?” Shindong called out, glancing around the room. As Hyukjae looked around he noticed a head pop out behind a door. “There you are, come here and meet your trainer.” Shindong motioned for the boy to join them.

“Is that an attached bathroom?” Hyukjae asked astonished he didn’t have one of those in his room.

“Yup, unfair isn’t it?” Shindong muttered, “We didn’t get any during training, hell we had sleeping bags.”

Hyukjae turned his attention to the boy who was now hopping out of the bathroom trying to pull a shoe on in the process. The boy almost tripped but caught himself off the bed before finally standing in front of Hyukjae and Shindong.

“Lee Donghae this is your instructor Eunhyuk.” Shindong introduced.

Hyukjae smiled at how the boy’s brown hair flopped in front of his face as he tried to bow in respect. “Nice to meet you.” Donghae replied robotically.

“Is he the only one?” Hyukjae turned to Shindong.

“Hmm yup, recruits have been oddly low lately.” Shindong let out a long sigh. “ Well, I guess I’ll let you begin or something. Talk to you later…shortie!” Shindong chuckled before running out of the room so Hyukjae couldn’t harm him.

With Shindong’s happy presence leaving the room the air became awkward. “Ready to go practice shooting?” Hyukjae questioned. Donghae glanced at him nervously, he nodded though, like a good little soldier.

“Okay follow me.” Hyukjae lead Donghae down the hall to a stair well which lead to the basement which is where the inside shooting range was, Shindong had explained all this during a short tour he gave Hyukjae.

While walking down the stairs Donghae missed a step, letting out a frightened cry. When Hyukjae turned to see what happened he got knocked down by the younger man causing them to tumble down the rest of the way.

Hyukjae let out a groan as he felt his head smack against the basement floor. His vision was blurry when he first opened them, he immediately propped himself up on his elbows a face over his beginning to come in clear.

“S-Sorry.” Donghae whispers blushing, he realized his face is centimeters away from the older man and the breath of the other man is washing over his face making his face grow even darker.

“Are you alright?” Hyukjae questions, his eyes scanning over Donghae’s face weakly. His eyes get caught by the younger man’s large eyes sparkling with worry, bringing a small smirk to his lips.

“I-I’m fine,” Donghae feels trapped, trapped by the way the older man’s eyes holds his gaze and by the smirk coiling on the older man’s thin lips.

“Really?” Hyukjae breathes, he knows this affects the younger man by the way Donghae’s lips part slightly, “The why are you still on me?” Hyukjae’s eyes sparkle mischievously.

“oh- oh my gosh, I’m so sorry hyung!” Donghae quickly stood doing five bows in a row as if it’s his own way of apologizing.

“Don’t worry about it, I like it.” Hyukjae winks, loving more and more how the actions he makes, makes the younger man react. The instant attraction to the younger man Hyukjae first had was growing more and more with every cute and innocent movement. This assignment seemed to become a lot more interesting now he had someone to focus his free time on.

He took in a deep breath before pushing himself up and off the floor. He stretched his arms over his head, listening to the small cracks as he noticed Donghae’s eyes glance briefly over his body, making Hyukjae’s face light up with a smirk. Hyukjae walked to the corner of the room opening a cabinet next to the rifle and shotgun rack. He glanced through all the different guns trying to decide which would be best for his student.

He slowly picked up the smallest pistol he could find, he wanted to make sure if Donghae shot him with it he’d live. He slowly shut the cabinet door before waltzing back over in front of Donghae. “Here you go.” Hyukjae spoke delicately, he watched as the younger man gripped the gun tightly, probably from being inexperienced. Donghae’s wide eyes turned to Hyukjae questioningly, he looked at the gun and bit his lip nervously.

“Try and shoot a target,” Hyukjae instructed, motioning to the distant wall with a man cut as a target. Donghae opened his mouth to protest but Hyukjae just shook his head and pointed to the wall.

The younger man breathed in the stuffy basement air before holding the gun out with one arm before quickly dropping it back to his side unfired, “Don’t I need things to put on my ears… so they don’t get hurt.”

“We aren’t the police force. You’ll have to get used to the noise.” Hyukjae spoke moving his hand as if to tell Donghae to hold the gun back up.

“I’m going to get shot.” Hyukjae whispered to himself as he watched Donghae hold the gun out with one arm and then turn his head away closing his eyes as he fired the weapon. The gun flew upwards from the force of the bullet shooting out of the barrel. A loud bang filled the air making pain shoot through both of the men’s heads.

Donghae slowly opened his eyes staring at the gun and then at the target, his bullet went about four feet to the right of the target and two feet higher. He frowned slightly afraid to turn and see the look on his trainer’s face. He felt a hand begin to rub his shoulder comfortingly.

“Don’t feel discouraged, you just don’t know how to hold a gun yet, here let me show you.” Hyukjae stood behind Donghae grabbing the younger man’s arms with his own hands. He made Donghae straighten his arms. “Okay grip the gun like you were before, now bring your other hand and hold the bottom of the gun and your hand holding it for more support.”

“Mmm very good.” Hyukjae whispered as he looked over Donghae’s stance, luckily for the younger man Hyukjae didn’t notice the small shiver that coursed through Donghae’s body when his hot breath washed over his neck making the hair there stand on ends.
Donghae couldn’t speak all he could do is watch carefully as Hyukjae circled him and focus on not shooting the gun.

“Your legs are too close together.” Hyukjae pointed out before he kneeled down, in the process, letting one of his hands run down the younger man’s thigh leaving a trail of burning skin. Donghae wanted to move his legs but he found his body cemented to the floor like a statue.

Hyukjae only smiled, before running his hands up the insides of Donghae’s legs, his fingers raking the younger man’s small thighs through his pants before pushing outwards making the legs spread. A small disappointed noise escaped Donghae’s lips as Hyukjae stopped his search before going further north.

“There ya go.” Hyukjae stood, giving Donghae’s ass a light tap, “Now you are almost ready to shoot the gun…. Again.”

Donghae shook his head slightly trying to regain all the focus he had lost, just when he felt it was coming back the older man pressed his body against him from behind, grabbing his arms to support the gun even more. Hyukjae’s smooth finger tips seemed to take the strength out of Donghae’s arms, making the younger boy glad the older man was helping him support his arms.

“Alright, now take a deep breath.” Hyukjae instructed one of his hands letting go of Donghae’s arm to caress the younger boy’s chest, feeling it rise with the grow in air pressure.

Hyukjae’s hand began to travel south, sneaking under the Donghae’s thin shirt, making circular movements against the soft flesh. The older man’s finger tips left small earthquakes shaking at Donghae’s very own sanity. Donghae fought back noises of encouragement as he enjoyed the rhythmic motions as they began to move down underneath his pants line, his mouth dropped into a silent moan as the pressure in his groin continued to build.

“Now release.” Hyukjae’s whisper stole Donghae from whatever thoughts he had, “Quick, shoot.” He instructed once more.

“Oh.” Donghae spoke quickly, aiming up his shot before firing. It wasn’t a perfect shot but it was better than the first.

“Good, do it again.” Hyukjae commented as he peeled his body away from the younger man’s. Donghae tried not to pout at the loss of contact, his back side growing cold from the basement air. His face flushed red at how sinful his body seemed to reacting to the older man’s touch.

After a few more practice shots and no groping Hyukjae decided they give that a break for the night, for Donghae seemed growingly distracted. Plus he figured he should call Siwon soon andl et him know all about the things Shindong had told him during his tour.

“Good job,” Hyukjae smiled removing the gun from the younger man’s hands. Ever long after the gun had been removed Donghae was stuck in his stance.

“I can’t move.” Donghae whispered.

“It’s okay, it happens to most people their first few times, you’ll grow out of it.” Hyukjae placed the gun back inside the cabinet.

“You sure?” There they were again. Donghae’s large innocent eyes looking hopefully at him.

“Yes, I’m sure.” Hyukjae reassured, sending a smile spreading onto the younger man’s lips.

Hyukjae still didn’t understand why such an innocent person would sign up for a job in this line of work. Donghae didn’t look like a druggie, a thug, or a killer, what was his reason for joining?
