After meeting at the Smoothie Hut, the four boys folded into a taxi and made their way to Eclipse, a dive bar on the other side of town. Once inside, the three younger males with black X's on their hands, all with the establishments stamp on their wrists, Gabe recognised a familiar face in the crowd and darted off, shouting over the music that he'd meet them at the bar. Brendon rolled his eyes after the man and grabbed onto William's wrist, fingers of his other hand already intertwined with Ryan's, and dragged them off towards the bar area before they were pushed from the entrance.

Gabe weaved through the crowd, bumping and grinding as necessary, till he found the DJ booth on the other side of the room. Jumping up on the small platform, Gabe greeted his old friend, arranging for a few songs to be played, before promising to be in contact again soon and making his way over to the bar and his other friends.

William had just received his drink - the best, and most boring, soda the X on his hand would allow - when large hands encircled his waist and a voice spoke into his ear,

"Come dance with me chiquito, show me what you got."

William bit his lip, looking around for Ryan and Brendon only to notice they'd already disappeared into the crowd somewhere, before putting his drink down - There goes another five dollars - and turning in Gabe's arms, looking up when he realised just how close the other man had planted himself to William and raising a calculating eyebrow.

"Lead the way, Gabanti."

"Gabanti," Gabe rolled the nickname around on his tongue, eyes unreadable, "I like it."

Gabe pulled them away from the bar, twirling them around so William's back was to the crowd as he led the forward, body already starting to move to the beat. William watched, cautious, worried that he might trip into someone, before realising that Gabe was here, and he trusted the older male, and let the dancer in him begin to take over.

The pair was pushed closer together as they were engulfed by the moving sea of people dancing to the bass Travis was feeding them from the DJ booth. The songs changed seemlessly, all blending together into the one endless thrum and William found himself lost in the music, body twisting and turning. He eventually found himself pressed chest to chest with the tall Hispanic male and, looking up into Gabe's eyes, had to turn away so his back was against Gabe and the older boy's hands came to rest against William's hips.

Gabe's hands rested against William's hips as the smaller boy gyrated against him, arms thrown up around Gabe's neck. Gabe trailed bites and kisses and licks down William's neck as their bodies moved together. A particularly vivid beat brought William's arse crashing into Gabe's crotch and Gabe's hands tightened convulsively around William's hips, fingertips digging into the soft skin covering the bone as his teeth sunk into the junction of William's neck and shoulder, overcome by the pleasure the movement brought. William threw his head back against Gabe's shoulder, back arching, grinding his behind harder into Gabe, mouth open in a moan that reached only Gabe's ears, sound engulfed by the music surrounding them in the dank air of the club. One of Gabe's hands trailed around to palm at William through the denim of his tight jeans, making the younger boy gasp his name. Gabe licked at the hickey he was now creating on the smooth pale skin on William's neck, and lifted his eyes to direct them off the dancefloor. He turned William in his arms, and the dancer immediately attached his spit slick lips to Gabes, devouring his mouth in a heated kiss as they stumbled off the floor and into the men's room.

As soon as the door was closed and locked Gabe had William pushed up against it, fighting his lips and hands for dominance. Pulling away gasping, groaning as William squeezed his cock through his jeans a lusty smirk plastered across his face, Gabe pushed the sweaty hair back from Williams face, looking into his lust filled eyes before sinking to his knees in front of the boy, holding his gaze the entire time.
William's hands tangled in the short locks adorning Gabe's head as the older male worked to unlace the leather straps that were only just managing to keep William's hard dick in his pants. William's head was bent down, hair falling around his face as he watched Gabe, biting his lip and drawing blood to the surface, making Gabe want to kiss them even more. He was just about to snake his hand into William's jeans when suddenly William was tugging at his hair, urging him to stand up.

"Gabe, I-" William looked away, "I can't. I'm sorry."

He placed a chaste kiss against Gabe's lips and slipped out from between the wall and a very stunned Gabe, beginning to lace up his jeans again. Gabe stood still, frozen in place, staring at the place William had been moments before. He blinked suddenly, and shook his head to get rid of the stupor he was in. The Spaniard turned, looking at the younger male in bewilderment. William was standing a few feet away, head bent and hugging himself, looking smaller than Gabe liked to see him.

"Can we just go?"

Gabe nodded numbly, holding out his hand for William, who drew closer to him, almost magnetically, curling into the larger males chest. Gabe willed his erection to go down as he unlocked the door to the restroom and guided William out. Brendon called out as they made their way past the bar, but Gabe just looked back, shaking his head with a sober look on his face, and continued walking out of the club.

The pair ended up at the playground in Central Park and William sat carefully on one of the swings, fingers curling around the chain links that held the piece of rubber, toes of his boots scuffing against the dirt underneath him. Gabe had stopped at the edge of the slightly raised area, and he took a moment now to observe William. The boy was so small. He was tall, but Gabe was taller, and that was hardly the point anyway. Sitting on this kids' swing, in a park in the middle of the night, William looked positively tiny as he gently rocked back and forth, no intent behind his pushes, just unable to keep still.

In that moment Gabe Saporta wanted nothing more than to reach out and bring William to his chest and do everything he could to keep the younger boy safe and protected from all the bad things in the world. In that moment Gabe Saporta knew he was pretty much head over heals for this dancer.

There's only one more part, unfinished? It comes in at around 500 words and is a continuation of this last scene. I may as well add it on here.

"I'm sorry." William's soft voice carried over to Gabe in the still of the night, traffic muted through light forest surrounding them.

Gabe started and refocused his eyes. William was still staring at a spot on the ground, somewhere near his feet. Gabe started to wave off the apology, but the William cut him short.

"It's just," the younger boy finally looked up at Gabe and their eyes locked for a moment before William had to look away again, this time staring out into the trees, "My parents kicked me out because I'm gay and sometimes that comes back to me at really inopportune moments and I just freak."

Gabe nodded, though he knew William probably wasn't paying him any attention, just needing to get the words out.

"I tried to get with Audrey, you know," the slim dancer barked out a harsh laugh, loud in the silence, "We didn't work out though. I'm too gay, and she had a hard on for Jac that she was hiding badly, so we just ended it. That was before. And then when they kicked me out, she had a spare room."

Gabe knew this part of the tale. Had been told just the other night when William was out of himself and heavily depressed. He hadn't known about his parents, the reason he was kicked out of his own home. It suddenly explained all of their dancing around each other though.

Gabe had the sudden urge to go up to William, pull the smaller male into his arms and not let any harm come to him again ever. He knew he wouldn't be able to protect William from everything, but right in this moment, he could try. Gabe crossed the distance seperating them in a few quick strides and pulled William upright, catching him in his arms when the boy stumbled. One arm circled William's thin waist, thumb stroking across bones that were far too prominent, while the fingers of the other hand carded through the soft brown locks adorning William's hair. William's arms hung limp at his sides for a moment before coming up and curling his hands around Gabe's shoulderblades underneath the obnoxious purple hoodie he was wearing.

Sobs began to wrack William's body, shuddering wet gasps that made Gabe's chest hurt, as he mumbled apologies into the older mans chest. Gabe rested his cheek against William's soft hair, soothing it down with his hand, and whispering soothing nothings in Spanish.

Gabe didn't know how long they stayed like that, rocking gently, but at some stage William started shivering, no longer from the sobs, which had died down.

"Cold, Bilvy?" Gabe laughed, pulling back and removing his jacket to drape it around William's shoulder. The smaller boy practically disappeared and Gabe almost doubled over in hysterics. The tear-stained pout William gave in response only proved to make him laugh harder. The boy couldn't help but crack a small smile though, and letting out a small laugh in response- he must look pretty ridiculous.

Gabe shook his head, pulling his friend into another hug.

Okay. That's it for dancerverse. Unless you want to see the different plot ideas, the conversation that spawned the 'verse, the character profiles, whatever else I have in this folder that is post-able. I hope you enjoyed it, and for what it's worth, I'm sad that I won't be continuing it, but as you can see, the word counts were just decreasing because I was losing the spark.
