From the release: A U.S. District Court judge on Wednesday issued a ruling that will, at least temporarily, allow the United Domestic Workers of America (UDWA) to continue deducting dues from people whose signatures they forged.
Think of how useful this decision will be to check forgers. You can't sue to get the money back, because "they are not state actors".
