(no subject)
While reading Frankenstein the other day, a thought occurred to me: "You know what? Frankenstein's monster should hang out with the Phantom of the Opera." This took me to a place where Frankenstein's monster (named Frankenstein for simplicity's sake) and the Phantom lived together and had all sorts of bickery, Odd Couple-esque adventures. And then I found myself attempting to draw a comic strip imaginatively called "Frankenstein & The Phantom" illustrating this concept, but was stymied by the fact that I suck at drawing. I'm not giving up on it just yet, though, because the idea still amuses me a lot.
EDIT:This was a totally productive use of my time.
As for my thoughts about Frankenstein the novel: I kinda want to punch Victor in the face. That's...about it. (I'm so insightful!)
