The reliability and abundance of electricity, water, and sewage capability in Iraq have fallen below preinvasion levels. There's an increasingly sectarian divide between religious fundamentalists in the parliament and there continues to be wave after wave of deaths. The country has become the training ground for terrorists and the US government has recently threatened to end funding unless the government puts aside it's multi-partisan issues. It doesn't take just a couple months to build the institutions of tolerance, freedoms of the press and the person and a national identity. The boys are outta town, and we're witnessing the start of a bigger badder Vietnam.
