Can't possibly be sick...
*Charlie wasn't well. He hasn't been well all day, but he was working hard in ignoring the symptoms. If Claire even suspected that he was sick, she'd insist on returning to the big island, and he was not ready for that just yet. It's been so nice and quiet and worry free over here. As much as he loved their friends and even missed them, he was not ready to return. So he made sure to drink plenty of fluids, not cough around Claire, which was hard, since they were together almost all the time, and ignore the fact that he was getting tired a lot faster than normal. If he just kept drinking lots of fluids and taking it easy, perhaps this bug will go away*
*Lays down on their bed at the station and looks up at the ceiling. He was going to have to leave this bed sooner or later, but right now he just didn't have the energy. As long as he was up before Claire returned, he'll be fine. They can continue enjoying their vacation/honeymoon...*
*Closes his eyes, hoping to regain some of his energy with a small nap*
