In the NAVY, you can sail the seven seas....

So, i'm officially in the NAVY! I'm not a screw up after all. My job is MASTER OR ARMS. It's equivalent to the Military Police, but just on a ship. My ship date is 2006-01-30. I'm going to be in Michigan for basic training, then shipped off to Texas for MA training. It was a long day yesterday. Sitting, and waiting, and sitting and waitng. There was a lot of stuff to be done. MEPS briefing(Military Entrance Physical Survey), then we filled out lots of paper work, Eye test, Blood pressure, Hearing test, Blood work, piss test, then the actual physical. Then after we were all done with that, we got to sit down and talk to a job classifier. We talked about my options and this that and whatnot. The only bad thing about MA, is that i have no choice of preference for where i want to be stationed. They'll put me wherever they need me. So i could be stationed on a ship, overseas, on-land, anywhere. Brittany called me last night. I guess she wanted it to end on good terms, whatever. She'll go her way and i'll do my own thing. I look at it like this: It was enjoyable while it lasted. I got to miss school for MEPS. Not a problem though.
It is sooooo cold dude, and spring should be started in a week or two! I hate winter and cold.
