Winter Break

Dec 27, 2006 22:55

Hello everybody. Well, so far Winter Break has been fun.

Friday, I went to Fine Films, then home. Rachel got home, so we all just chilled at home.

Saturday, I worked on my paper a little bit, had a bit of a freakout/breakdown, and chilled. Watched "A Might Wind" with my sister. That movie is HILARIOUS!

Sunday, did the church thing. My sister wanted to go to Princeton, so we went there. It was kinda weird - We sat with Brendan, Katie, and Laura, who are all now either in college or finished with college, but back when we were all in like, elementary and middle school, we use to all sit together in church, ecept that was at Marple. Then we went to my dads for the 7:00 Christmas Eve survice, which was nice, then we got home and chilled, and went over to Wallingford Pres for their 11:00 survice. Then we did the traditional reading of A Christmas Story, then we went to bed.

Monday, Christmas. Woke up, had breakfast, then presents! I got a whole bunch of neat stuff that I can't remember right now, so I'll type another entry tomorrow saying what I got. Then there was max chilling.

Tuesday, Jacob, Daniel, Chris, and I all got together in Swarthemore for lunch at the Di Vinci Cafe. We talked for a while, and had some delicious hot chocolate. Then we went over to the Tot Lot, and talked some more while playing on the little kid toys. Then we walked to Daniels house. We played a board game called "Fact Or Crap" for a while, which I sucked at, then watched the clips from Alice the 3 were in. Then we watched these Harry Potter short funny videos Chris made with his one friend and all his little sibblings. They were pretty crazy. Then we went up to Daniels room, and hung out there for most of the night. It was really fun...we just sat around and talked and goofed off. I had a very enjoyable time

Wensday, today, I got up and I felt all sickly. Then, I started to feel better. Chris called me, wanting to know if I wanted to go see "Eragon" with him and some freshman girls I didn't really know. I said yeah, and got ready and such. We got to the movie late, and the girls - Grace Li and Alex Stambaugh - were already ready to go into the theater. We quickly threw our money together to get tickets, and ran to our seats. They had it in the smallest theater, so the only place where we could get 4 seats next to each other was the front row. I hopped out to get a soda and popcorn, and when I got back, had learned I missed the "worst introduction to a movie ever". The rest of the movie was pretty good, though. A few times, I had to crack a few jokes about how some things were done, but it was pretty good nonetheless. The worst was, though, when Eragon and the dragon had just finished this big battle, and they were both laying down, catching their breath, and there was no noise at all, and I let out a tremendous burp. Good, no? Since then, I came home, as Chris had to go to Maine, and I've just been chilling around here. Pretty enjoyable break so far. Although I can barely believe its Wensday already...

I will go more into whats been happening to me emotionally later, because frankly, I don't feel like it right now. I'm still kinda sick, and I'm gonna go lay down and try to go to bed, or watch TV or a DVD, or play video games, or do something.

Bye.
