In which I achieve
I just signed up for NaNoWriMo.
I've never actually participated before. I've never enjoyed the fact that it is in November. Not only is there Thanksgiving, and the fact that it is only a 30 Day month, but it's also my birthday, and the only actual VACATION (as in, TRIP) that I take all year.
But...those seem like excuses. And excuses suck.
So I'm going to do NaNoWriMo this month. I registered on their site and picked a region and put up a userpic and everything.
So...woo. I can't wait to ignore my family in Florida for a week and be all "LEEV ME ALOAN I HAS 2 RITE". That'll be great.
I'll really need motivation here, but...I'mma do it. Oh yes.
