This rebate card is still burning a hole in my pocket. I'm absolutely going out to Best Buy and the mall area tomorrow to do some putzing around. I wonder if HDTVs are still inexpensive...

HDTV, XBox 360, Wii. DVD boxed set of Black Cat. PS2 games. High-fastening pants. Wait, no...

Oh writer's block. Why are you so attached to me? I want to write ( Read more... )

Here I could spend that rebate card for you if you want... Lol!

Good idea on skipping the koala calendar... when I go to Australia next month, I'll put up some koala pics on my livejournal. :)

Maybe you should FORCE yourself to work on a certain writing piece each day? Or each week?

KOALA PICTURES.

I really should do the writing forcing. I don't know why I'm so bad at this. :-p

Your entry made me start thinking about my own writer's block, which has been going on for quite some time due to other stresses in my life. I have been trying to write a novel for some time, but I did revisit it this evening thanks to you! Not that I've gotten past my block, but I'm thinking about it again, at least.

*le sigh*

We should do some kind of co-joined "I'll write if you write" co-motivational thing. :p

I bought two notebooks a few weeks ago...it hasn't help. I haven't touched them yet. :( The concept was what you said, plus the fact that I could meander on idiotically and get ideas solidified. But...I can't see to do it. I used to.

Ever tried writing from prompts? You might come up with some material to cannibalize for your main stories, or at least trick your mind out of its writer's block.

I had no idea these koalas were such an obsession of yours.

I LOVE THEM.

I have not tried this. Well, not since college.

the most difficult thing with writing for me is to start. So i clean up my apartment, do all the chores, though even then my written assignments still look like a huge mountain..

Yeah, that is the exact same with me. STARTING writing, and writing the beginnings of stories, is such a chore for me. I have no idea why...
